Once we have the right questions developed, the next step is to assure that the information is accurately, efficiently, and effectively collected. Industry Insights deploys a variety of survey tools to assure that your association achieves the best possible response rate. In addition to traditional paper survey forms, we commonly create online survey sites that allow your members to securely and confidentially submit their information directly to Industry Insights. We also commonly assist in broadcast emails, faxes and phone calls to increase participation.

As the data is collected, Industry Insights uses a proprietary software system to do complex quality checks of the data and compile the results. Our system is unique and a key to our accuracy and efficiency. The results are typically reported by various data aggregations depending on the industry such as size of company and geographic region. Our reports are very user-friendly; yet allow users to do in-depth analysis if needed. Most importantly, our reports are accurate and timely.

In addition to producing the industry-wide results, Industry Insights commonly generates individual Participant Compensation Reports. These reports are customized for each participant and serve as an important incentive to participate in the study.
