With today’s increasingly tight labor market, attracting and retaining quality employees is one of the most critical needs of your members. While competitive compensation and benefits are very important, employees often cite factors such as job satisfaction, relationship with supervisor, and opportunity for advancement as equally or more important. Measuring employee satisfaction is often difficult, time consuming, and expensive.

At Industry Insights, we believe that in conjunction with your association, we have developed a product that is easy to use and highly cost effective in terms of evaluating employee satisfaction and opinions. The beauty of this service is that it is always a revenue generator for the association, with no cost investment whatsoever!

How The Service Works
Industry Insights will work with your association to develop a standard employee opinion questionnaire for your industry. Once developed, we’ll mail a brochure to your members outlining the service. Your members will have an opportunity to customize the questionnaire specifically to their needs at time of order (at an additional cost). Once ordered, we’ll mail them a batch of questionnaires for them to distribute to their employees along with postage-paid envelopes addressed to Industry Insights. Industry Insights will process all returned questionnaires and compile the report.

Other than assistance in setting up the questionnaire and furnishing mailing labels, Industry Insights handles the rest. Your association can mark up the service and generate revenues in the process.
